 Eleven is hailing 2016 as a breakthrough year.

The agency won every single pitch it took part in, including one of the biggest consumer PR accounts in Australia, McDonald’s. It grew in clients by over 50 percent; revenue by 87 percent; opened a Melbourne office; and picked up over 10 awards. And it did all this without losing a single account or team member.

Key to its success was having a razor-sharp mission: to create cultural impact for brands. It rallied behind it, unifying its people, attracting clients and doing its best work.

Rather than just creating column inches, it created culture through its working model, ‘Disruption live’. ‘D live’ is a continuous cycle that sees Eleven’s diverse people across PR, planning, creative, digital, tech and more mine insights, host open briefings to crack disruptive ideas and plan across audiences and channels, every day.

‘D live’ helped Eleven win clients including McDonald's, in addition to Campari Group, Schweppes, Lastminute and more, while doing disruptive work that “takes ideas from 10 to Eleven” for existing accounts like Tourism New Zealand, M.J Bale, Krispy Kreme, Gatorade and more.
