Every organisation needs a crisis communications plan that encompasses social media. Flight School is a training product that can be tailored to organisations of any size, in any language. Last year it used it with clients in the consumer goods business, retail and with aviation. The communication teams are the primary teams to be tested, but Flight School gains greatest traction where management also gets to see the impact of social media.

To introduce the tool to potential clients, it put them in the hot seat and enabled them to sample Flight School in action. Over breakfast meetings, workshops and seminars it gave clients an opportunity to sample Flight School first hand and witness for themselves the way in which this tool can prepare them and their
organisation to respond effectively and appropriately in the event of a crisis.

Flight School has proved to be the perfect conversation starter with which to educate and change client mindset on the need to be prepared in the digital space in the event of an organisational crisis.
