As both an experienced PR practitioner and an evolving planner, Carol found the insight that led to the agency’s first truly integrated account encompassing content, digital, media relations (both promote and protect), employee engagement and research. This client is now the agency’s second largest. Her storytelling has been shortlisted for an Edelman internal win, and her creative solutions lead to very happy clients; Shell’s 100Most partnership began because of Carol’s counsel. With a client portfolio of approximately US$2 million, she has proven to organically grow MNC business, not only in Hong Kong, but APAC, and is also a key new business driver in the agency. In addition, last year she helped to run an internal training programme, crafting monthly modules specific to each level.
