With our ‘Kindness & Brilliance’ strategy, we deliver the best client experiences through agile and all-encompassing communication services. Our success lies in ‘agility’ in client services and mutual growth with our talents. Our net revenue in 2021 and Q1 2022 has grown respectively by 22% against 2020 and 17% against Q1 2021. In 2021, FleishmanHillard Korea retained 90% of our top 10 clients. We also maintained an average 90% employee retention rate which is among the highest in the industry. Some notable projects include ESG consulting for Samsung Electronics, shareholder activism for the largest individual shareholder of Kumho Petrochemical, crisis management on funds sales for NH Investment & Securities and major IPO communication support for Kakao Entertainment and Big Hit Entertainment. FH’s “authentic relationship capital” in the Korean society has helped us build long-term trusted relationship with clients.



2021 saw some recovery in the business landscape, however the environment continued to be uncertain. Clients-employees-associates were trying to adapt to the transforming ecosystem. In this new-world, our vision at MSL India was to partner with clients and colleagues, helping them navigate through the challenges and maintain our position as the country’s leading integrated communications firm.
