In a bid to prove that a professionally serviced car can put a baby to sleep and build trust with parents’ most precious cargo – their children – we put our mycar mechanics to the test.
We created a challenge to see if they could fix a car’s suspension and tyres to make the ride smooth enough to send a baby to sleep. Shot in the style of reality TV, we followed the family after the car was serviced and its tyres checked, replaced, balanced and aligned.
A live video feed in the car with a stopwatch running then showed how quickly baby Lola would fall asleep. mycar mechanics were watching the live feed, cheering with excitement when Lola drifted off in just under four minutes (a record, according to her parents).
