The WOW Campaign was launched in July 2019 to raise awareness about the existence and role of the DBS Innovation Team, and to drive adoption of the various innovation tools and services offered. The campaign was specifically designed to:

• Grow awareness amongst DBS employees about DBS Innovation, and the innovation resources that all employees could leverage

• Nurture stronger acceptance of DBS Innovation’s mission in pushing the next wave of innovative revolution in the bank

• Increase the desire of employees to take ownership of innovation in their respective business units, ultimately contributing to DBS Innovation’s goal of building a community of innovators throughout the organisation
